What you'll do

  • Establish automated optical inspection (AOI) systems with high-resolution imaging techniques.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing engineering, materials science, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in precision joining and dispensing process development for electronics/hardware.
  • Strong technical background in ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, vibration welding, heat staking, and automated optical inspection.
  • Expertise in thermal interface material (TIM) and sealant dispensing processes including viscosity control and closed-loop feedback systems.
  • Experience leading full line qualification activities at contract manufacturers, including IQ/OQ/PQ and PPAP.
