What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or materials science
  • 3+ years of experience in cable engineering, quality, reliability, or supplier development
  • Expertise in Power over Ethernet (PoE) standards and AC cord requirements
  • Hands-on knowledge of high-volume cable manufacturing processes
  • Experience with PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and FAI for cables and power cords
  • Deep familiarity with IEEE 802.3af/at/bt, UL 444, IEC standards, and IPC/WHMA-A-620
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing capability evaluations and reliability engineering
