What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, metrology, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in mechanical metrology, precision manufacturing, or supplier development.
  • Strong technical background in GD&T, dimensional metrology, and measurement system analysis.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI and machine learning for metrology applications.
  • Expertise in PC-DMIS programming, datum scheme development, and fixture qualification processes.
  • Deep knowledge of mechanical metrology tools including CMMs, optical scanners, and automated inspection systems.
  • Experience with PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, and Gage R&R for precision components.
