  • Lead line optimization initiatives focused on takt time reduction and OEE improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering
  • 1+ years of experience in automation equipment development and manufacturing line deployment
  • Strong technical background in automation systems, fixturing design, conveyor logic, and line optimization
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff), HMI development, and industrial networking protocols
  • Expertise in DOE, SPC, OEE tracking, and throughput improvement methodologies
