Supervisor, Accounts Payable

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of all transactions.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AP processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.
• Lead implementation and management of AP-related technologies like Oracle Fusion and OCR/IDP tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to resolve inquiries and negotiate payment terms.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, coding, authorization, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop robust internal controls for the AP function to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven expertise with Oracle Fusion (ERP) systems and AP modules.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing OCR and IDP technologies for invoice processing.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; CPA/CMA certification preferred.
