Supervisor, Accounts Payable

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate execution of all departmental tasks.
• Oversee the entire procure-to-pay cycle from initial invoice receipt to final payment disbursement.
• Manage and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP systems and automated OCR/IDP technologies for invoice processing.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships while resolving inquiries, disputes, and negotiating payment terms.
• Supervise accurate invoice coding, authorization, 1099 reporting, and the reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate and analyze AP reports regarding aging, spend trends, and key performance indicators for management.
• Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits of the accounts payable function.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Mandatory proficiency with Oracle Fusion, specifically the Accounts Payable module.
• Mandatory experience with OCR and IDP technologies within an accounts payable environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, data analysis, and reporting.
• Must be a U.S. Person to access export-controlled information or facilities.
