Accounts Payable Manager

What you'll do

• Approve or reject employee expenses in accordance with company policy.
• Provide guidance and training to employees regarding expense submission processes.
• Support month-end closing activities in collaboration with other departments and subsidiaries.
• Manage the corporate card program, including issuing cards, setting limits, and resolving pending items.
• Review payment proposals to ensure timely payments to employees and banks.
• Perform risk management reporting for fraud prevention, control gaps, and audit requirements.
• Update company policies and procedures based on supervisor direction.
• Prepare presentation materials using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the job offered or a similar related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with people and organization management is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel (V-lookups and Pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
• Ability to utilize AI tools for reporting, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage relationships in a fast-paced environment.
