The Oracle Procurement Lead serves as a key architect responsible for the strategy, solution architecture, and execution of the global procurement technology ecosystem. This role involves bridging the gap between user-centric intake and rigorous financial controls by designing and optimizing the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. The individual will manage the integration between Zip as an orchestration layer and Oracle Fusion Cloud as the system of record. Core responsibilities include platform configuration, data governance, release management, and leading the adoption of Oracle’s embedded AI agents to drive process efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement, including Sourcing, Purchasing, and Contract Lifecycle Management. Technical requirements include experience with API-based integrations between intake tools and Tier-1 ERPs, as well as proficiency in managing complex business logic for global procurement, legal, and accounting workflows.
Define and maintain the long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem between Zip and Oracle Fusion.
Design and optimize global Source-to-Pay processes to ensure seamless transitions between sourcing and payables.
Configure Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier portals, and complex approval hierarchies.
Manage the integration health of data flows for requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier master data.
Translate business requirements from Legal, Finance, and Sourcing into technical logic within the technology stack.
Ensure the system of record remains audit-ready by managing mapping of cost centers and tax attributes.
Oversee Oracle Fusion release management cycles and conduct impact assessments on new features.
Lead the adoption and governance of AI agents to automate and streamline procurement workflows.
What we're looking for
Must have 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement including Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, and Contracts.
Must have 5+ years of experience specifically in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
Must possess a deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
Must have proven experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
Must be able to map complex cross-functional business processes and identify opportunities for automation or bottleneck removal.
Must have experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.
Must hold certifications in relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement modules.
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
