Manager, Payments Ops Analytics

What you'll do

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and governance of operational dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Monitor payment operations performance across workflows including electronic payments, supplier enablement, and transaction processing.
• Translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership through data storytelling.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality, and streamline analytical processes.
• Partner with Technology and Data Engineering teams to enhance data availability and reporting infrastructure.
• Support Master Data Management initiatives to ensure data integrity across business functions.
• Provide analytical support for business cases, operational planning, forecasting, and executive presentations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, payments operations, financial services, or related analytical functions.
• Strong understanding of payment operations, electronic payments, financial transactions, and operational performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency or aptitude with SQL, reporting platforms like Quicksight or Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
