What you'll do

Advise clients on SAP SuccessFactors strategies, risks, and options to meet their specific business needs.
Configure and test SAP systems while applying established SAP methodologies during implementation.
Lead, coach, and manage the performance of project staff as required by the engagement.
Provide functional guidance and technical expertise for system workflow documentation and design.
Facilitate process redesigns and serve as a liaison between the business community and technical teams.
Develop solution designs and prototypes to provide clients with actionable options.
Execute transformation programs using both domain-specific knowledge and platform-led strategies.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiter experience.
Minimum of 3 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or other related skillsets.
Certified in SmartRecruiters.
Certified in SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration experience to SmartRecruiters.
Bachelor’s Degree, or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of relevant work experience.
Expert proficiency in SAP Talent & HR and advanced proficiency in business process analysis (preferred).
Intermediate proficiency in solution design (preferred).
