What you'll do

Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using established frameworks while managing scope and risk.
Advise clients on how to use SAP solutions to solve specific business problems and drive transformation.
Lead project workstreams and activities while ensuring high service quality and profitability.
Analyze business requirements to identify and implement appropriate configuration solutions.
Maintain detailed records of requirements, solutions, impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
Modify existing methods, tools, and procedures to create customized solutions for client needs.

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
Experience with at least one full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
Certified in EC Payroll applications and the Payroll module.
Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of work experience.
External consulting experience (preferred).
Experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll and a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces (preferred).
