What you'll do

Advise clients on SAP best practices, risks, and options to solve complex business problems.
Lead, coach, and manage the performance of project staff within a global delivery model.
Design system prototypes and provide various configuration options to meet client needs.
Set up, test, and configure SAP systems using established company methodologies.
Facilitate process redesigns and serve as a liaison between the business community and technical teams.
Provide functional guidance and document system workflow steps for implementation.
Manage project lifecycles from initiation through delivery in a problem-solving environment.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Talent.
Certified in SuccessFactors Performance and Goals and Succession Management.
Experience leading small teams in a global delivery model.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience).
Associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience.
Ability to travel up to 100% as required by business needs and client requirements.
Proficiency in configuring SAP systems and applying SAP methodologies.
Strong communication skills to ensure alignment among diverse project participants.
