What you'll do

Advise clients on SAP Spot strategies, risks, and options to meet their specific business needs.
Lead, coach, and manage the performance of project staff as required by the assignment.
Provide design options for clients using prototypes to solve complex business problems.
Set up and test SAP systems while applying established SAP methodologies.
Facilitate process redesigns and serve as a liaison between the business community and technical teams.
Provide functional guidance and document system workflow steps for implementation.
Identify and provide insight into functional technical considerations during the implementation phase.
Execute transformation programs based on domain or platform requirements to improve client operations.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 8 years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiter experience.
Minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or other related SuccessFactors skillsets.
Certified in SmartRecruiters.
Certified in SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration experience to SmartRecruiters.
Bachelor’s Degree, or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of relevant work experience.
Expert proficiency in SAP Talent & HR and advanced proficiency in business process analysis.
Must have valid work authorization for the United States that does not require sponsorship.
