What you'll do

Identify and assess LMS requirements for upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Provide advisory on key client decisions regarding Learning Management System functionality.
Demonstrate how SAP solutions can solve specific business problems for clients.
Manage workstreams and project activities for large-scale SAP transformation projects.
Translate business requirements into technical configuration solutions.
Maintain records of requirements, solutions, impacts, and final decision logs.
Modify existing methods, tools, and procedures to meet unique client needs.
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment across all workstreams.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of 3 years SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems.
Certified in at least one other SF space such as PMGM, Training, or recruiting.
Bachelor’s Degree, or 12 years of work experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.
Advanced knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, HCM Training & Event Management, or Recruiting (preferred).
Mastery in external stakeholder communications and understanding of SAP's business development process (preferred).
