What you'll do

Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks while managing scope and risk.
Advise clients on how to use SAP solutions to solve their specific business problems.
Lead workstreams or project activities involving both on-shore and off-shore resources.
Drive profitability and service quality by overseeing project execution and management.
Analyze business requirements to identify and implement appropriate configuration solutions.
Maintain detailed records of requirements, solutions, impacts, and final decision logs.
Modify existing methods, tools, and procedures to meet specific client needs.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
Minimum of 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience.
Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project.
Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications and the Payroll module.
Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of equivalent work experience.
Experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll and understanding of benefits processes is preferred.
Ability to travel regularly to client sites as required by business needs.
