What you'll do

Advise clients on SAP SuccessFactors strategies, risks, and options to meet their specific business needs.
Lead, coach, and manage project staff while overseeing their performance during implementation cycles.
Provide functional guidance and technical expertise for the configuration of SAP systems.
Facilitate process redesigns and serve as a liaison between the business community and technical teams.
Create prototypes and provide various design options to help clients visualize solutions.
Set up and test SAP systems while ensuring adherence to established SAP methodologies.
Document system workflow steps and provide insight into functional technical considerations for implementation.
Execute transformation programs by applying business intelligence to solve complex client problems.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiter experience.
Minimum of 3 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or other related skillsets.
Certified in SmartRecruiters.
Certified in SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration experience to SmartRecruiters.
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Expert proficiency in SAP Talent & HR and advanced proficiency in business process analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in solution design.
