What you'll do

Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks while managing scope and risk.
Advise clients on how to use SAP solutions to solve their specific business problems.
Lead project workstreams and activities within a global delivery model.
Drive profitability and service quality by overseeing project execution and team performance.
Analyze business requirements to identify and implement technical configuration solutions.
Maintain detailed records of requirements, decisions, impacts, and alternative solutions.
Adapt existing methods, tools, and procedures to meet specific client needs.

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
Experience with at least one full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
Certified in EC Payroll applications and the Payroll module.
Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll and a strong understanding of benefits processes is preferred.
Ability to travel regularly to client sites as required by business needs.
