What you'll do

Identify and assess LMS requirements for upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Provide expert advisory on key client decisions regarding Learning Management System functionality.
Translate business requirements into specific configuration solutions within the SAP platform.
Lead workstreams or project activities involving technical, reporting, conversion, and change management teams.
Develop and refine methods, tools, and procedures to meet specific client needs.
Maintain detailed records of requirements, solutions, impacts, and final decision logs.
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment across all project participants.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of 3 years SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems.
Certified in at least one other SuccessFactors area such as PMGM, Training, or recruiting.
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent 12 years of work experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.
Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, HCM Training & Event Management, or Recruiting (preferred).
Knowledge of SAP business development processes and mastery of external stakeholder communications (preferred).
