What you'll do

Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects while serving as a liaison between program management, project teams, and line management.
Monitor project budgets and schedules while preparing regular status reports for internal and customer meetings.
Develop mechanisms to track progress and resolve issues related to productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
Apply technical standards and principles related to logistics, product support, maintenance processes, and technical documentation.
Lead projects focused on the qualification of new materials and ensuring the availability of necessary spares and supplies.
Formulate strategic recommendations to address immediate and long-term supply chain challenges.
Conduct supplier surveillance and technical reviews of managed parts at supplier facilities to support funding requests for upgrades or repairs.
Develop Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation in support of ongoing proposal efforts within the business area.

What we're looking for

Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor's degree with 12 years experience, Master's with 10 years, PhD with 8 years, or 16 years of experience without a degree in relevant fields.
Experience must be in project/program management, procurement, subcontracts, or supplier management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Professional knowledge and application of Project Management principles.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Strong oral and written communication skills for reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
