What you'll do

Identify, orchestrate, coordinate, and control program management activities for the Integrated Product Team.
Oversee cost and schedule performance for complex technical projects across various systems and technologies.
Develop and maintain budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and provide weekly status updates.
Initiate and execute cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines to satisfy contractual requirements.
Support the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) process to proactively address potential project challenges.
Manage Taskable Engineering and proposal development, including writing responses and collaborating with pricing teams.
Lead the execution of Contractual Deliverable (CDRL) commitments to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
Drive action item adjudication and monitor project progress using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of related engineering experience, a Master’s with 10 years, or a PhD with 8 years.
Must have Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
Must have project management experience within the defense industry or similar technical fields.
Must have working knowledge of project management principles.
Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Project.
Must possess an active USG Top Secret clearance with a background investigation within the past 5 years or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain initial Special Access Program (SAP) access via a Program Access Request (PAR).
Must be a U.S. citizen.
