What you'll do

Coordinate and control program management activities for the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
Oversee cost and schedule performance for complex technical projects across various systems and technologies.
Manage budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and provide regular status updates.
Execute cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines to satisfy program contractual requirements.
Support the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity process to proactively address potential project challenges.
Serve as the primary liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management.
Manage Taskable Engineering (TE) and proposal development by writing responses and collaborating with pricing teams.
Ensure the timely delivery of all Contractual Deliverable (CDRL) commitments to the customer.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, a Master's with 10 years, or a PhD with 8 years of related engineering experience.
Must have experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
Must have project management experience within the defense industry or similar technical fields.
Must possess an active USG Top Secret clearance with a background investigation within the past 5 years.
Must be able to obtain and maintain initial and upgraded Special Access Program (SAP) access.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Project.
Must have working knowledge of project management principles.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
