What you'll do

Manage, coordinate, and supervise cross-functional teams for project execution, contract proposals, and modifications.
Plan and execute technical scope, schedule, and cost inputs for program requirements.
Monitor collection capability status and resolve issues related to scheduling and resources.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Solution Chief, Program Manager, and customer counterparts.
Implement standardized project management processes and products across the organization.
Develop status briefings and support increment planning for the Solution Chief.
Enforce rigorous tracking of features and capabilities within Jira.
Provide technical solutions to complex problems involving missile defense systems and infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Must possess a current, active, in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
A Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 10 years of experience, or a PhD with 8 years of experience is required.
Must have expertise in project planning, cost control, scheduling, and performance management.
Must possess knowledge of Systems Engineering, Software Development, and Deployment.
Must be proficient in Planning, Scheduling, Project Management, and EVMS.
Experience in the Development Lifecycle and knowledge of Spiral Development processes is required.
Proven leadership ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across sustainment and development lifecycles.
