What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 10+ years of experience is preferred.
  • A Master's degree in electrical engineering with 8+ years of experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in SRAM or memory circuit design for advanced process nodes like 2nm, 3nm, and 5nm.
  • Expertise in SRAM architecture including bit cells, sense amplifiers, write drivers, and control paths.
  • Proficiency in circuit simulation tools such as Spectre, HSPICE, and Cadence Virtuoso.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl, or TCL for automation.
  • Experience with low-power design techniques, timing analysis, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
  • Background in silicon debug, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
