Senior TPM, Antenna Development

What you'll do

• Develop and manage technical requirements for the build, verification, and validation of complex satellite antenna systems.
• Decompose technical test requirements into specific software and hardware requirements aligned with manufacturing and verification strategies.
• Identify and manage trade studies and analyses to define antenna hardware and software requirements.
• Drive end-to-end planning and execution of satellite antenna development to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely delivery of hardware and software according to program schedules.
• Develop program and team processes and tools to streamline project execution.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management throughout the project life-cycle.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership (preferred).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum due to export control laws.
