Senior Technical Product Manager - Antenna Hardware Development

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end program roadmap and execution plan for antenna calibration system development.
• Define and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications between hardware, firmware, and software components.
• Drive the calibration test strategy, including architecture, measurement methodology, and pass/fail criteria.
• Coordinate integrated hardware and software development across mechanical, electrical, RF, and software disciplines.
• Identify and manage technical risks and trade-offs while providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Establish and maintain software release processes, including CI/CD pipelines and version control practices.
• Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience with project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path (preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, RF calibration, or satellite communication technologies (preferred).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum for export control compliance.
