What you'll do

Own the program roadmap and execution plan for antenna calibration system development.
Define and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications between hardware, firmware, and software.
Drive the calibration test strategy, including test architecture and measurement methodology.
Coordinate integrated hardware and software development across mechanical, electrical, RF, and software disciplines.
Identify and manage technical risks and trade-offs, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Establish and maintain software release processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment schedules.
Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition (preferred).
Familiarity with RF calibration, antenna systems, or satellite communication technologies (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum due to export control laws.
