Senior Technical Program Management, Satellite Integration & Test

What you'll do

• Manage satellite assembly, integration, and test programs from initial planning through vehicle-level qualification.
• Drive the critical path for vehicle qualification by balancing technical risks with business and launch requirements.
• Develop integrated schedules, identify dependencies, and manage risks within a high-speed agile environment.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into executable hardware and software plans including manufacturing and test strategies.
• Resolve technical issues impeding the critical path by coordinating stakeholders and escalating blockers to leadership.
• Coordinate venue logistics, mechanical GSE support, and test rack requirements for satellite testing.
• Align cross-functional teams on ownership, sequencing, and delivery of products meeting mission requirements.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership (preferred).
• Experience in space hardware design/manufacturing or test/systems engineering (preferred).
