Senior TPM - Embedded Software, Amazon Leo joins the Amazon Leo DTD team to lead the technical program management of embedded software for the Leo direct-to-device satellite payload system. What you'll do

Own the end-to-end technical program strategy for DTD payload embedded software from architecture through deployment.
Drive programs from early design through integration and qualification testing to meet performance and schedule requirements.
Develop mechanisms and processes to connect engineering teams, business units, software vendors, and partners.
Lead cross-functional teams across business development, software engineering, systems integration, and manufacturing operations.
Develop and maintain program plans to track milestones for feature development, design reviews, and network readiness.
Identify technical and programmatic risks and build mitigation strategies for engineering leaders and stakeholders.
Manage the performance, reliability, and test automation of payload embedded software for large-scale production.
Coordinate with manufacturing and test equipment vendors to scale the production of DTD satellites.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams.
Experience with embedded software development and hardware-software integration.
Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs (preferred).
Experience delivering measurable results in an agile environment while dealing with ambiguity (preferred).
