As a Sr. Systems TPM, B2B Service Delivery, you will join the B2B Service Delivery team to bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, and Operations for the Amazon Leo satellite broadband network. You will manage the rhythm of business by designing reporting solutions, tracking deliverables across cross-functional teams, and architecting operational platforms to support global scale. Your daily work involves developing system integration best practices, automating workflows, and managing the lifecycle of customer deployments and beta programs. The role requires strong technical judgment to oversee infrastructure, complex systems engineering, and large-scale program governance. You will utilize skills in integration, testing, automation, and cloud-based technologies to resolve deployment friction. This position focuses on solving the challenge of delivering reliable connectivity to underserved areas by ensuring service delivery is documented, scalable, and technically sound across global markets.

What you'll do

  • Manage the team's operating cadence including internal and external reporting, assignment governance, and escalation tracking.
  • Design and implement automated systems and processes to scale service delivery across global regions.
  • Develop leadership-ready artifacts such as business review decks, portfolio summaries, and data dashboards.
  • Define and maintain service-level expectations for internal handoffs between global partner teams.
  • Identify automation opportunities within existing tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Serve as the primary operational interface between Customer Delivery and Business Development leadership across all regions.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to define scope boundaries and manage customer transitions.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into a consistent, scalable delivery experience for enterprise customers.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of integration, testing, and automation experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, and systems engineering.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum for export control compliance.
  • Experience working with large global teams (preferred).
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting relationships (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience leading development of applications backed by AWS services or other cloud technologies (preferred).
  • Experience in networking, cloud, or connectivity infrastructure (preferred).
  • Background in customer success, professional services, or post-sales operations (preferred).
  • AI tool proficiency (preferred).
