Principal Technical Product Manager, Manufacturing Systems Engineering

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap and tracking for engineering work-streams including tools, frameworks, and test systems.
• Link production roadmaps to team-level work-streams to measure progress and mitigate risks.
• Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans for specific projects and operations.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and synchronize milestones to unblock delivery across multiple teams.
• Develop reporting tools and applications with software and analytics teams to support operating rhythms.
• Measure, analyze, and control key performance indicators (KPIs) across all aspects of the operation.
• Deliver executive communications that provide insight into activities, accomplishments, challenges, and risks.
• Advise production leadership on technology and execution decisions regarding manufacturing systems.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• At least 7 years of technical product or program management experience is required.
• At least 10 years of experience working directly with engineering teams is required.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and building processes is required.
• Preferred: at least 8 years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects.
• Experience in tracking multiple senior leadership goals and reporting on data, metrics, and KPIs.
• Ability to manage roadmaps for software systems, manufacturing tools, and test optimization.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, navigating ambiguity, and coordinating across diverse teams.
