Senior Systems Group Manager, Leader of Enterprise Management Systems

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise server inventory and infrastructure governance systems.
• Provide end-to-end ownership for applications to ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop automation capabilities and APIs to enable self-service network and server management.
• Oversee production support, incident response, release management, and change control processes.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs focused on platform health, resiliency, and risk reduction.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers and Agile resources.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience within a total Information Technology (IT) environment.
• At least 8 years of experience with management approaches, tools, and techniques for gaining cooperation and support.
• At least 5 years of experience configuring and installing software for connecting distributed services across heterogeneous platforms.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing software engineering and platform teams.
• Experience with enterprise application development, SDLC, Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and platform engineering.
• Experience programming in .NET (preferred), Java, and/or Python.
• Deep understanding of hybrid cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on-premises infrastructure.
