What you'll do

Lead systems engineering teams to develop weapon system requirements using industry standards and best practices.
Plan and execute systems security engineering for complex hardware and software systems of systems.
Manage project execution including cost, schedule, scope, and technical decision-making for high-quality product deliveries.
Ensure weapon system compliance with contractually obligated cybersecurity standards such as CNSSI 1253 and DoD 8570.
Develop and document technical standard engineering processes, procedures, and assessment methods.
Lead engineering reviews of technical content for requirements, models, design, and quality before higher review boards.
Conduct cybersecurity assessment and testing activities while reporting metrics and progress toward program milestones.
Solve complex problems across disciplines within an Agile, DevSecOps environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 14 years experience, Master's with 12 years, or PhD with 10 years in a technical/science discipline.
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a Systems Engineering leadership role with schedule, cost, and scope responsibilities.
Current active DoD Secret clearance is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret w/SCI clearance and SAP access.
Must possess IASAE II (CISSP) certification and be able to obtain IASAE III within 6 months of hire.
Full DoD 8570 qualification in the IASAE III role is required.
Advanced knowledge of Systems Security Engineering, network technologies, and DoD system development life cycles.
Experience in planning, designing, implementing, testing, and delivering systems with Cyber Systems Engineering requirements.
