What you'll do

Design advanced wireless digital communication and electronic warfare systems using FPGA technology.
Manage the full design lifecycle including proposal, requirement definition, coding, synthesis, and verification testing.
Implement complex modem and DSP circuits including digital filters, FFTs, and error-correction codes.
Develop hardware logic using VHDL or Verilog for high-speed serial interfaces and memory controllers.
Perform FPGA verification through simulation, unit testing, and testbench architectures.
Conduct laboratory debugging using digital scopes, logic analyzers, and other complex measurement devices.
Review and interpret schematic drawings to support system integration.
Manage code revisions and project tasks using tools like Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, a Graduate degree with 7 years, or no degree with 13 years of experience.
Active U.S. security clearance.
Experience in wireless digital communications, modems, networking, and/or digital signal processing (DSP).
Proficiency in VHDL (preferred) or Verilog development languages.
Experience implementing complex modem or DSP circuits in programmable logic using FPGA devices or equivalent ASIC design experience.
Experience with simulation, synthesis, and placement tools like ModelSim, Synplicity, Xilinx Vivado/ISE, or Altera Quartus.
Experience with high-speed serial interfaces (3+ Gbps), memory controllers, and laboratory debug techniques using scopes and logic analyzers.
U.S. citizens.
