What you'll do

Develop advanced electronic warfare and wireless digital communication systems.
Execute the full design lifecycle including requirements definition, RTL development, and system integration.
Implement complex modem and digital signal processing algorithms in FPGA-based programmable logic.
Perform FPGA verification through simulation, unit testing, and synthesis using industry-standard tools.
Achieve timing closure for large FPGA designs and implement high-speed serial interfaces.
Conduct hands-on laboratory debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other measurement equipment.
Lead small teams of technical contributors to complete complex engineering projects.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a Master's degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Current DOD clearance or the ability to acquire one.
Experience in electronic warfare (EW), signal detection, radar systems, or advanced digital signal processing (DSP).
Experience developing in VHDL (preferred) or Verilog.
Experience leading small engineering teams or technical contributors (preferred).
Experience implementing modem/DSP algorithms in FPGA logic or ASIC design (preferred).
Experience with FPGA tools like ModelSim, Synplify, Vivado, or Quartus and high-speed serial interfaces (preferred).
Security clearance.
