Senior Software Engineer / Principal Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, architecture design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build AI-infused applications, Agentic Solutions, and Copilot features to enhance user experience and productivity.
• Design resilient solution architectures that adhere to security standards and high-performance engineering best practices.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and provide technical feedback to promote skill growth.
• Maintain existing services and integrations with enterprise-level line of business applications.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process optimization, and technical innovation.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and communicate project risks and milestones during sprint planning.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• U.S. citizenship is required to meet government agency contract requirements.
• Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check and other required security screenings.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Microservices architecture, REST APIs, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure PaaS services, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AI technologies like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• 4+ years of experience delivering applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical and architectural dependencies in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
