What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
6+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
8+ years of experience building commercial software with a proven track record of successful products and services.
4+ years of people management experience.
4+ years of experience in cloud development principles, including microservices and DevOps models.
Experience using AI development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude to automate the SDLC and build agents.
Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and agentic AI architectures for enterprise workflows.
Proficiency in Azure PaaS services, including Web Apps, Function Apps, AKS, and various database systems like SQL and Cosmos DB.
