What you'll do

Develop capabilities to manage metrics data, user comments, and social media engagement analytics.
Build and operate scalable, secure web applications using Ruby on Rails or Django/Python on Linux.
Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and databases within AWS environments using MySQL and Redshift.
Provide Python-based support for database engineering efforts and AWS Lambda integration.
Design and refine tools to improve data ingestion, transformation, reporting, and analytics workflows.
Support testing activities to verify software performance and compliance with functional requirements.
Participate in Agile project management to track and coordinate development tasks across the SDLC.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
7+ years of related software development experience is required.
Experience with Ruby on Rails or Django/Python is required.
Experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift) is required.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is required.
Experience working with cloud-based web applications or data engineering tools is highly desirable (preferred).
