Digital Transformation Program Manager

What you'll do

• Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage program risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
• Lead current-state assessments, future-state process design, and business process harmonization efforts.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, escalation management, and executive communication.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, vendor engagements, and staffing capacity across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with change management teams to drive communications, training, and user readiness activities.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations and transformations.
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent PLM platforms.
• Experience with Engineering Change Management, Product Data Management, and Enterprise Bill of Material management.
• Experience with New Product Introduction, Product Configuration, and Master Data Governance.
• Experience integrating cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience (preferred).
• 5+ years leading enterprise transformation initiatives (preferred).
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
