Senior Program Analyst

What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal customers on complex hardware programs to track status and ensure process compliance.
• Update project plans by managing priorities, timelines, critical tasks, and stakeholder identification for SOC programs.
• Track the progress of chip deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and escalate potential delays.
• Identify risks throughout the program lifecycle and communicate issues to management for resolution.
• Analyze and interpret program metrics using advanced tools like macros, pivot tables, and charts.
• Maintain and update databases using advanced data management tools such as Excel and Agile.
• Synthesize complex data into clear reports highlighting key trends and risks for stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and implement improvements to planning processes, tools, and methodologies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Associate's degree in a relevant field or a High School Diploma with 1+ year of experience.
• 3+ years of experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience with program management tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration data management tools like Workfront, MS Bookings, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, interpret data, and identify trends for decision making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across engineering, operations, and management teams.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into reports regarding risks, trends, and project status updates.
