What we're looking for
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree.
7+ years of experience in transformation, program management, strategy, consulting, or operations.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint to create executive-ready materials and compelling narratives.
Proficiency in data analysis to identify insights and support leadership decision-making.
Proven ability to lead complex programs across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
Strong communication and relationship management skills to influence leaders and resolve conflicts.
MBA-qualified with a relevant advanced degree (preferred).
PMP-certified or holding other project management certifications (preferred).
