Sr Production TPM, AMZ Leo Production OPs joins the Project Leo team to manage the production value stream for a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. What you'll do

Own the production roadmap for value streams to source, build, test, and integrate satellites.
Create data models and tools to measure, monitor, and optimize production value streams against annual goals.
Drive daily execution across supply chain, planning, fulfillment, and manufacturing teams.
Develop new business processes and tools to standardize operations and ensure excellence across the production stream.
Identify manufacturing risks and develop mitigation strategies and recovery plans.
Analyze production data to identify trends and implement improvements through PDCA cycles.
Create executive communication artifacts to report activities, challenges, and risks to senior leadership.
Manage the development of reporting tools and applications in collaboration with software and analytics teams.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years of technical program management experience specifically working with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Experience with data analytics, data modeling, and integrated hardware and software systems.
Experience with project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership (preferred).
