SAP TPM Manufacturing Quality

What you'll do

• Manage the SAP S/4 Manufacturing, Quality, and Planning product backlog.
• Define business requirements and create testable, outcome-driven acceptance criteria before development begins.
• Create project plans and sprint schedules based on engineering team capacity and bandwidth.
• Identify and escalate risks while managing issue resolution to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional change management activities including training and user adoption programs.
• Manage dependencies across internal and external teams to unblock engineers and meet deadlines.
• Configure and maintain project management tools like Jira to track sprint cadence and progress.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy, feature delivery, and trade-offs for a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience advocating for stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree.
