What you'll do

Develop and manage technical requirements for the test, verification, and harness of complex systems.
Decompose technical test requirements into software and hardware requirements aligned with manufacturing and verification strategies.
Identify and manage trade studies and analyses to define automated test station hardware and software requirements.
Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure development schedules are met.
Develop and implement program processes, tools, and methodologies for all phases of the project life-cycle.
Track and report on project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management metrics.
Coordinate release schedules and define KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar business outcomes.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
5+ years of experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
