Senior Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and manage technical requirements for the test, verification, and harness of complex systems.
• Decompose technical test requirements into specific software and hardware requirements aligned with manufacturing strategies.
• Conduct trade studies and analyses to define automated test station hardware and software requirements.
• Manage complex dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure development schedules are met.
• Create and implement program processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management throughout the lifecycle.
• Define KPIs and SLAs to drive business performance and report metrics to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• At least 5 years of technical product or program management experience is required.
• At least 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams is required.
• At least 3 years of software development experience is required.
• At least 5 years of technical program management experience specifically working with software engineering teams is required.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules is required.
• Proficiency in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management is preferred.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership is preferred.
