Technical Product Manager Manufacturing Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems

What you'll do

• Drive the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for satellite production.
• Manage end-to-end program execution including requirements gathering, development coordination, user acceptance testing, and production release.
• Integrate MES with shop floor control systems, ERPs, and other manufacturing applications across the production value stream.
• Create data models, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and optimize MES-supported manufacturing processes.
• Translate complex production requirements into actionable technical system requirements and project plans.
• Identify project dependencies, synchronize milestones, and manage constraints across cross-functional engineering and supply chain teams.
• Analyze production data from the MES to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain operational reporting rhythms to communicate status, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience developing and implementing KPI goals and strategies based on organizational goals.
• Experience with MES platforms (e.g., SAP ME, Camstar, Apriso) and data analytics to identify problems.
