What you'll do

• Drive MES system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature deployments across manufacturing operations.
• Manage end-to-end program execution including requirements gathering, development coordination, UAT, and production release.
• Establish and maintain integration between MES and shop floor control systems, ERP, and other manufacturing applications.
• Create and manage data models, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and optimize MES-supported value streams.
• Translate production requirements into actionable MES system requirements and project plans.
• Analyze production data from MES to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify potential risks in MES deployments and develop mitigation strategies and recovery plans.
• Support the creation, documentation, and adoption of standardized processes enabled by MES across manufacturing functions.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams (preferred).
• Experience developing and implementing KPI goals and strategies based on broader organization goals (preferred).
