Senior Process Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production.
• Analyze production workflows and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide technical support in the manufacturing area.
• Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve production yields and efficiency.
• Validate new equipment and processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Lead the innovation and optimization of new manufacturing concepts for transition to operations.
• Develop manufacturing processes compatible with statistical process control and measurement systems.
• Review product development requirements to ensure compatibility with processing methods, costs, and schedules.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Baccalaureate degree with 4 years of experience, a Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or a PhD.
• Candidates with degrees from outside the U.S. must satisfy specific federal requirements for equivalency.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• Experience in manufacturing processes, quality systems, and technical engineering support is required.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and manage process documentation is required.
• Knowledge of Validation experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Vision Systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of Automation (PLC/HMI), Molding & Tooling, or Packaging (preferred).
