What you'll do

Design manufacturing processes, production layouts, and equipment installation plans for assembly and material handling.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Lead the implementation of advanced technologies and engineering solutions to improve operational performance.
Manage new product introductions and oversee manufacturing scale-up activities.
Perform technical troubleshooting and investigate corrective actions for machinery, equipment, and tool deficiencies.
Develop manufacturing processes that comply with statistical process control and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance to the engineering team regarding design concepts and specification requirements.
Execute equipment qualification and validation protocols including IQ, OQ, and PQ.

What we're looking for

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or a PhD.
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree must have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
(preferred) Knowledge of CNC programming, GD&T, and process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
(preferred) Experience in automation, robotics, PLC programming, and laser welding/etching.
(preferred) Proficiency in CAD software such as Creo or AutoCAD.
(preferred) Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification.
(preferred) Familiarity with regulatory standards like FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and GMP.
