Author, edit, and maintain complex strategic documents and campaign tracking plans using clear, structured language.
Translate complex technical architectures into concise executive briefings, win themes, and value propositions for leadership.
Manage operational program rhythms and calendars to align with strategic planning deadlines and gate reviews.
Integrate and manage program requirements to ensure alignment with long-term pipeline and technology roadmaps.
Coordinate with internal teams, external customers, and suppliers to synthesize data for the Strategic Planning Director.
Prepare and present analytical data and presentations for executive leadership, suppliers, and military customers.
What we're looking for
Active DoD Secret-level clearance is required to start.
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP) within a reasonable timeframe.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor's degree with 8 years or Master's degree with 6 years of experience in project management, project integration, or strategic communications in a technical field.
Proven experience breaking down complex architectures into simple, structured documentation.
Expert-level capability in preparing and presenting analytical data for executive leadership, suppliers, and customers.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and documentation tracking tools.
Master's degree in Project Management, Communications, or STEM; Top Secret clearance; PMP certification; or experience in aerospace/military business development are preferred.
