What you'll do

Serve as a liaison between client program management, technical leads, and functional management teams.
Monitor project status and budgets while managing schedules and preparing regular status reports.
Identify project issues and develop resolutions to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage risk and opportunity activities including identification, tracking, and mitigation planning.
Track and manage meeting action items while maintaining attendance lists and meeting minutes.
Maintain budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost and schedule control tools.
Ensure the team adheres to contract scope and manages changes through formal control board activities.
Implement new processes and drive continuous improvement across program management functions.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher granted within the last 6 years.
Bachelor’s degree with experience, a master's degree with experience, or relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for briefings.
Experience using MS Project for schedule development, tracking, and reporting.
Experience applying business and financial management principles, including cost account management and forecasting.
Experience supporting Risk and Opportunity Management activities, including identification, tracking, and mitigation planning.
Experience monitoring and controlling program plans, cost baselines, and schedule baselines to meet contractual requirements.
