Senior Principal Product Trainer

What you'll do

• Develop courseware for B-2 pilot syllabi including initial qualification, aircraft commander upgrades, and flight instructor courses.
• Manage quarterly updates for instructional materials by reviewing content, tracking changes, and standardizing formatting and labels.
• Process out-of-cycle courseware changes triggered by student feedback, technical order updates, or data corrections.
• Participate in the Courseware Working Group to provide input on syllabus changes.
• Coordinate with various squadrons and test activities to develop and manage the simulator schedule.
• Serve as the primary scheduler for academic events and simulator sessions for B-2 student pilots.
• Deconflict maintenance and pilot training requirements to maintain a weekly schedule for Cockpit Procedure Trainers.
• Collaborate with B-2 Maintenance Production to arrange access to aircraft for ground training events.

What we're looking for

• Must possess a DOD Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI/SAP.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Principal level: Bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience, Master's plus 3 years, or 9 years of training/maintenance experience in lieu of a degree.
• Senior Principal level: Bachelor's degree plus 8 years experience, Master's plus 6 years, or 12 years of training/maintenance experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development including formative evaluation.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
• Experience in the design and production of Instructional Systems Design materials.
• 9 graduate hours in instructional methodology, tests and measurements, educational psychology, curriculum development, or learning theory (experience may be substituted).
