Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office products, experience with LCMS and LMS tools, and the ability to interpret schematic drawings and technical publications for aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting within a deadline-oriented environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop training curriculum, study outlines, and orientation materials for Electrical and Environmental systems.
  • Create instructional materials including self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, and scenario-based course outlines.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop solutions for unique skills requirements.
  • Design and implement assessment tools such as pre-tests, post-tests, and quizzes to evaluate learning effectiveness.
  • Revise lesson plans regularly to incorporate updated technical information and meet new training requirements.
  • Apply Instructional Systems Development (ISD) frameworks to solve complex learning and performance problems.
  • Develop classroom materials, instructor guides, and student manuals to support program implementation across target audiences.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess an active U.S. government Secret clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • For Product Trainer: 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years of experience without a degree.
  • For Principal Product Trainer: 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a Master’s, or 9 years without a degree.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems (2A6X6).
  • Must have experience in the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) framework and ADDIE model.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, customer compliance documents, and government standards.
