Develop training curriculum and materials for Electrical and Environmental systems.

What we're looking for
2+ years of hands-on aircraft E&E systems operations and maintenance experience
Proficiency in Instructional Systems Development (ISD) framework and ADDIE model
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in E&E core systems sub-competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to develop training solutions
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
