What you'll do

Define and drive the multi-quarter strategy for foundational services, balancing technical debt with new feature velocity.
Transition the platform from reactive, ticket-based support to a proactive, self-service product model.
Establish paved roads, service catalogs, and a discoverable developer portal to reduce cognitive load.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Security leads to ensure platform solutions are extensible and compliant.
Champion continuous improvements in APIs, SDKs, and sandbox environments to reduce time-to-first-deploy.
Establish governance frameworks and KPI dashboards to track adoption, support deflection, and reliability.
Translate developer interviews and usage data into root causes to advocate for customer-centric engineering practices.
Act as the organizational voice for the platform to align stakeholder needs with product planning.

What we're looking for

12+ years of product management experience building large-scale cloud services platforms.
Experience building cloud-native commerce systems for usage-based and metered products at a very large scale.
Proficiency in product management methodologies including user research, roadmapping, and KPI definition for internal infrastructure.
Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, and observability frameworks.
Proven ability to identify developer friction points and architect solutions like developer portals and golden paths.
Ability to build compelling narratives to align cross-functional teams and influence at the highest levels.
Experience defining and using success metrics such as DORA, adoption, and reliability.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience.
