What you'll do

Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security framework for the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
Perform Segregation-of-Duties (SoD) analysis and manage role designs to ensure "Least Privilege" access.
Execute technical configurations for Fiori apps, Tcodes, and various SAP cloud environments.
Manage user provisioning and maintain security roles across development, QA, and production environments.
Support system upgrades, new implementations, and ongoing security enhancements for enterprise systems.
Produce technical documentation, security policies, and audit-ready records to ensure compliance.
Mentor junior staff and develop security training materials and standards.
Present SAP security changes and updates during weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years of experience.
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP, SAP Cloud, and emerging SAP technologies.
Hands-on experience configuring Security Roles, Authorization Objects, and performing SoD analysis.
Proficiency with ControlPanelGRC, MDG, Joule, and Clean-Core concepts.
Ability to manage user provisioning, role design, and Fiori catalogs across multiple environments.
Strong background in SAP authorization, CIS, and SOX/federal audit requirements (preferred).
Proven project management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills (preferred).
